You first patient is Elina that have some appendicitis problems, so you have to take it and to with her for an consult. Go into the diagnosis room where you have to put the right diagnosis, then you have to take this patient to the surgery room as fast as you can. Take care because if you will late, the first patient that entered in snow hospital will die. After you diagnosed you Elina, you have to prepare the surgery tools in the right order, so when you will need some tools to know exactly where the are. First you have to check the patient for appendix inflammation with 2 fingers you have to press the patient's appendix and to look if the patient feels painful of it hearths. The second step is an blood test confirmation, so you have to tourniquet on patient arm, then you have to linking the patient in as way to see the vein clearly. The next step is to disinfect the skin, then you can insert the needle into the vein vessels. After you have
harvested the blood you have to go to make some test then you will be certain that our patient have appendix. The next step is to pick up the right equipment then to enter the surgery room where you patient is waiting for you. Try to use all these medical tools as fast as you can but carefully because if you will do one mistake our patient can die on the surgery table. After 2 hours of surgery Elinda is feeling good, so you have done this surgery very good Doctor!
