After he is replete you have to wash him with a special baby shampoo, then take the shower to remove the bubbles of shampoo. After that you have to play with him and with other toys, then you can open his closet and pick up the most beautiful clots for him. After that you have to pick up the special tool that will help you catch these butterflies that are in his house. In the meantime Spongebob has dirty the diaper, which is why you have to take another diaper and change the messy diaper that Spongebob has. After you have made all of these you can go in the next level of the game where you will find Patrick baby and you will have to take care at him too.
