She is at home and she really needs to get to the hospital because she must born right now! This is an emergency, there is no false alarm but there is one problem. It is middle of the night and the medical salon is open only started in the morning. You are gonna be that one who take care of Elsa and her future baby during the night, and also you have to take her to hospital in the morning! Make her calm, improve her mental state and do not worry her about anything.
